That is the most ignorant comment I've heard in a while. Its not like they are just having sex randomly, and contracting it. Lots of women are raped at a young age, and then get aids. Then when they have children, they have aids also. A lot of countries don't have the order we have here in the US. Anything goes over there, and its every man for himself.
