question about neutral swich

that wire that plugs onto the motor like a teather in front of the sprocket, i was told by the guy i got it from thats its the N swich/censor, well either way its mangled prtty bad and comes off really easy, and without this it dont start

how can i get it to start in gear? i read tie a greenand black wire to geather and it will make it back to normal.. but i cant seem to locate those wires

maybe if u can just point me to a thread.. i might have missed while searching

yea dood, i understands i gota put the 2 wires togeather, but i cannot find them, where do they come from? there is no wires near my handlebars... just a light swich and cluch... is clean... no other wires.. maybe my whitebros cdi messed it up?
