so there's posed to be a total lunar eclipse in the mourning... and i forgot what that was? please explain to me what is going to happen to the moon in the mourning

nah i think a lunar eclipse is when the sun earth and moon line up in that order. The earth blocks the suns like from the moon so it dims out and turns wierd orangeish colors... Not sure what time.

I get to see it tonight! =] 2:52 am it should be a full eclipse. The sky is supposed to change colors (lots of red) for an hour and a half!

Should be pretty cool...

isnt mars suppose to be visible tomorrow night( AUG,28 )? its suppose to look like the same size of the moon..

Damn i missed that last night....Look at the moon right now, its white but is shining bright white light in all directions, i live in the country so maybe thats why i see so much of the light but its cool.

I went out last night and all i saw was the moon! There was no Mars the same size as the moon! BS

NO, this happened in 2004 but for some reason the stupid email about it still goes around :rolleyes:

Last night wasn't anything toooo special... I did wake up for it, and I did snap some pics of it. I still haven't checked to see how they turned out... =]

They should be good... there was a few where I left the shudder open for many seconds/mins.

Anyway, it's 430am and I just got back from fishing. Time to go to sleep before work tomorrow! :mad:
