Hey guys I recently installed a Rossier exhaust system on my 07 and got to ride it for the first time yesterday. Now it doesnt like to stay running at idle. It is also very hard to re-start. You have to ease into the throttle off idle or it will just stall out. Also there were a few times that I had to get the brakes pretty good and it would just die then too.

Any ideas what this might be?

Turn up your idle for 1 and maybe turn your airscrew out to 2 and see how that goes.

I already tried turning up the idle and it didnt help anything. I guess I will just have to play with the fuel screw.

I know this has nothing to do with your idle, but I bet you that main is a little lean too. Get one of those external adjustable fuel screws, they are the best $20 you will spend!!!

The main jet has nothing to do with the idle. It is a pilot jet/air fuel screw issue.
