I decided that I will try to woods race next year and I wont to no what cam is best for a weiscon 440 kit and the woods. I no I asked befor but that was befor I new I was going to stick to the woods . Thanx

You need suspension first,,,you see why when stock motored quads blast by ya with some good suspension mods..:eek:

XR400 cam but Rico is right. You need it to handle good before you go spending money on your engine.

Well I have a sponser lind up and he seas that if he decides to sponser me fully He would get me every thing elce I need.

This guy is gonna GIVE you everything else you need,,I"m guessin your running Pro in the nationals next year. I'd get the suspension and let your sponsor GIVE you the motor parts.. suspension first,,period.

Dirt Wheels did a Honda 400 with a Wiseco 440 big bore in December's 2002 magazine. They went with a Hot Cam cam. They stated for a stock to slightly modded 400, the stage 1. For fully modded 400's, the stage 2 Hot Cam.

Good write up... I highly recommend you reading it.

I too am a woods rider/racer... And like others have stated, I highly recomend the tires and shocks over any motor mod or exhaust mod, especially for woods riding. But since you got the engine open for the 440, I guess you might as well get the cam installed too.

hey, loganB where would you be racing. and which birchwood wi do you live in cuz there is two of them. if you live in the one in washburn county id like watch you race sometime. ive never watched a woods race yet.

I dont no where i will race but I will have my drivers licence and a trailer by then
