How many and what non-OEM parts are in this pic? Bonus points for name brands:D

Hmm.. Air scoops (Tinner?), LTE Dual exhaust header, That peice crimped onto the wire that bolts to the coil, and that steel braided line.

The only thing I can think of that would be on that side would be a hydraulic clutch.. Magura?
As for that wire.. A ground for something? Killswitch? I really don't know. Also, there is another wire running along side of it that wraps around the harness which isn't stock.
