ignition

how do you keep your ignition from turning on the side of the quad, any suggestions would work
Any pics would help, and what is used to cut hole?

well, to cut the whole i used a 1inch wood paddle... i think it was one inch....

and i cant really help with the ignition... because i use a suzuki ignotion which used a threaded on collar so it keeps it from spinning when you turn the key...

but i know there are guys who use the stock ignition, i think as long as you drill a hole, small enough that it fits tight it should be fine....
