cr80 has no powerband

my 1993 cr80 has no powerband. i do not no what the problem is. i dont no if it needs a new top end of if its the reeds or the carb. it has low compresson but it does not smoke alot. any advise or help would be appreasated.

If it has low compression then it needs a top end.

It's a two stroke. It should smoke. They are oil burners.
