View Full Version : 1993 cr80r has no powerband?

my cr80 has no powerband. i dont no if it needs a new top end or whats wrong with it. when i looked at the piston it has some carbon on the top i dont no what that means. if anybody could help me out with this that would be very helpful

I recommend the blue powerband.

thanks guys but i think i am gonna get the yellow powerband i have heard that those were the best

lol ok back on subject. Probably need a rebuild. How long has it been ?

very long time about a year and a half. the bike was raced by the owner before me and it was just rebuit when i bought it but i have never did the topend.

well it probably needs to be freshened up with a new top end.

What ratio are you running your oil/fuel at and what does the spark plug look like?
