when i bought my 250r the kid said it had a shaved head what exactly does that mean

shaved or milled down heads usually means more compression because of the smaller area of the cylinder. more compression = more power. im about 95% sure of this, somebody might be able to verify.

It means he took it to the barber, and paid a couple dollars.

If that's not the answer...Then I don't know.
