400EX and 250R bearing carrier same

I have a chance to get a twin bearing carrier from a 250R and I need to know if it can be used in my 400EX swingarm. I have looked on durablue site and they say that they are the same, but Parts Unlimited has a different list for the 2.
I know of people that have used the complet setup from the Rin the 400, but I only want to use the carrier. Can this be done.

Tom I have a 250r in my 400. My bro has a 400 in his 250r so I see no problems at all. Mo;)

Mity Mo I sure hope that you are correct. I just bought one on e-bay used for a great price.
