You can't upload it directly to the forum. You will have to upload it to a host site like youtube, or putfile. If you want it in the videos section of this site, you can send it to videos@atvriders.com

you may upload it to something like you-tube and once its on there, it will give you the code to embed the video into the forums. Just copy and paste that text into a reply and the video will show up.
