i have a question. What are those and where do they go? I have seen them for sale numerous times but never payed any attention to them

Machined billet aluminum shock resevior clamps designed to attach your rezzie to the frame.There are TONS of round to round(ive found alot at my local truck off road shop) but its hard to find them for the square tubed 250R frame.Ive seen these on e-bay but i thought i would check here 1st.I just cant bring myself to throw some crusty a** hose clamps on my fresh powder coat....J

i dont blame you one bit on that, I just threw some black paint on mine to see how it would look. It came out really nice so I left it like that for now. I plan on powdercoating it one day, along with my swingarm and some new a-arms.
