Hey guys I am getting ready to make a trip to get my quad dyno'd soon and would like to get my jetting about as close as possible so I hopefully dont have to change anything on the dyno.

Mods are:
Rossier Exhaust
HRC cam
Airbox lid removed

Carb changes are:
162 main
48 pilot
HRC needle clip 3rd groove from top
55 leak jet
Fuel screw 1 7/8 out
Accelerator pump screw 1 1/8 in from stock

Does this sound about right?

you sound lean still. I have a 160 main with just the lid off and a k and n. I can't be sure though, you might be fine. Mine is an 04 too I don't know what year yours is it might be different.

With a Dasa pipe, Web 943/921, and k&n filter I had a 162 main in mine and it was way lean on the dyno. I put a 175 in but didn't run it again. I figure if nothing else, run it a little rich!!

I am the same only with FMF pipe and the only think differant in jetting is I run a 45 pilot, I think your at a good starting point:D .

Prediction after your dyno test - you will end up with a 170 - 172 main and the rest will be fine.

The 162 HRC jet was designed for the full HRC pipe/silencer combo - NOT aftermarket full pipes. Wouldn't Joe at Rossier tell you what jetting he recommends? He built nearly this same combo (ran a HC2 instead of the HRC cam)....

Ya I talked to Joe at Rossier and he recommended exactly what the bike has now.

I personally thought from all the reading and dyno graphs I have seen on certain combos I would be needing about a 172 main jet also but Joe has a lot more experience and knowledge than me so I am going with his recommendation to start with and go from there.
