I am installing an aluminum airbox on my 450r. my question has to do with the jetting. I have the Duncan Racing 470 national kit, hrc kit, FMF Factory 4 full titanium w/ powerbomb header and a k&N filter. Do I need to go richer? Does anyone know what size main jet I should use or if I need to change anything else? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!! :chinese: :chinese:

you should be alright with the jetting now. just go up a size at a time until it starts to seem slower and a little sluggish. then drop it down about a jet

My 06' has a mega bomb header as well as the titanian muffler. I have it jetted out to a 128 b/c the 124 was not giving it enough fuel. i have a K&N air filter and a stage 2 jet kit from Dyno jet.

the 470 is nice, great torque. the top end flattens out but that is because of the gearing setup. The only other thing is that you must run race fuel, because of the 13:1 high compression ratio. But it sure smells good!!!!!
