Im gonna start racing flat track this season with my 400ex. Whats the best/fastest way to get around the track, tire pressures? anything that will help:ermm:

all tips will be appreciated:devil:

and yes, i know i will probably get my a.ss handed to me first couple times out till i get better practice..:blah:

get a swaybar and get it lower to the ground

yep, a swaybar and lowering kits/shocks will make a huge difference. also get some flattrack tires at least for the rear. tire pressure depends on the track surface. if its tacky and theres lots of traction you can run anywhere from 8-12psi. if its loose or dry-slick try around 5-7psi.
