swing arm bearings

Im having some trouble getting them out to replace them. Which way do they drive out? Also im having trouble getting the inner dust seals out. Hope the kit I ordered included new ones like it said.

The bearings will come out either way. The easiest way to do is with a press and a couple sockets. One socket to fit inside the swingarm and press the bearing out, and the other on the opposite side big enough for the bearing to fall into.

For the seal, a small flathead screwdriver between the bearing and seal will get it out in a jiffy. Just go slow, as they are easy to mess up. Most kits come with replacements anyway.
