300ex died?

My 300ex was comin through a corner and just locked up the back tires and the motor wont even turn in process of tering down, so any suggestions of what it may be?

it an be a number of things like if it over heated andbent valve bad piston, rust around the ring. not enough oil crank and bearings. hope you get it fixed

that sucks man, if the bike just locked up that means your engine went from high rpm to zero in just a second, probably not good on your wallet:(

im thinkin that its the crank or some engine part, cluth spins so the trans is good, and i just rebuilt the top end now i have to do the bottom. probly goin to take to a shop near by, to fix it or somethin. A big Pain!!!

it is the brand new cylinder, its cracked and the piston is just stuck in it, been banging on it and lettin brake cleaner soak it,any suggestions to get it out?

Dont use brake cleaner. Brake cleaner removes the lubrication.

You need to use some penetrating oil.

Sounds like perhaps the rings weren't gapped properly?
