I installed my cam and piston over the weekend.
when fairly smooth. I am SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS KIT. best 400 bucks i ever spent. the quad def has some balls now!!!
I went with a hotcam stage 2 and je 416 10.8:1.
I have a full system e-series, no choke. 42 pilot, 168 main, needle clip down one. holes in airbox lid. i still might even need to go richer
it will break the tires loose now pretty easily and it will hold its rpm if not pull when before the motor would begin to bog. it definitly has more power off the line and revs out nicely. I have no prob starting it and right now it is 50 degrees. i just paump the throttle 3 times then hit the button and apply a little throtte when it starts.
i haven't raced anyone or done any serious riding yet. hopefull next weekend.
