I have had an exhaust leak on my 400ex ever since I installed the full Yoshi system. It leaks a little bit where it bolts to the cylinder head. I have pulled it a few times to clean everything up, new exhaust seals/gaskets, and studs, but it still does it. Anyone else run into this? It isn't anything major, but it "ticks" and it drives me crazy!

yea all the time you need to run up the bolts even as posible if you kep having the problem try two gaskets.

are you making sure the headers are not binding inside the flanges? make sure to set them in evenly, wiggle them in and tighten them little bit at a time. they should seal without too much of an issue.
if anything, look for the "dark" burnt spots. that will indicate where its leaking from. good luck.

you might have to put gaskets it, it was doing that with my DMC in the same spot, so i just tightened harder and it went away. lol.
