How do i go about getting the cam out of the holder? Yes i know this is a very stupid question, i just dont wanna do it wrong.

there is a circlip that hold it in. make sure that you pull that out. and make sure that you pull out the allen head bolt at the end of the cam. then gently tap it out of the carrier. and pull the buckets under the cam out too. that should make slide out.

just out of curiousity why are you pulling it out anyways

i finally decided to put my 03 CRF cam in.
