My carb is supposed to ship monday from hetrick racing. its a 2005 model, going on my 440ex 11:1, stage 3 hotcam, k/n, no lid.
i ride anywhere from sea level to 7000 feet. in temps from 30 to 110 degrees.

ive pretty much got everything figured out, as far as fuel line, hot start, throttle cable, choke.

as for jetting, i'm thinking of starting with a k195-200 main and a 50 pilot. just based on things i have read around here, and a few other sites. i know the 200 might be a little rich for mountain riding, but i'd rather it run rich than lean and burn the piston.

hows this sound to the jetting experts? thanks.

You can check my jetting in my sig, I've had it running like this for almost a year and a half from temps below zero upto 95 deg F. and it always has excellent throttle response, no bogging, plug looks great and It hangs with most of the 450s.
