hey guys....

i was recently ridin my 2001 400ex.. it is almost mint, and goes great... but the thing is like when i hit woops or big bumps it almost feals like a ticking noise but really loud.... but then when u go straight and do wheelies and stuff it dont do it....

then i got on my friends 2003 z400 and it felt so much smoother... no noises or nothing...

and did u guys ever have any problems... noises with ur 400ex's???

Could it be a squeaky suspension?

check your chain tension?

is it just one "click" or is it a constant clicking??? you gotta be more specific.. if you think its suspension related, try compressing the rear suspension by pressing down on the grab bar.... then the front from the front bumper.
