so i'm high bidder on a 450r carb on ebay. 2005 model.
i have -
440ex, stage 3 hotcam, k/n, lid off, slipon.
currently i'm running the stock carb with no choke, since i never used it after i got the 440 kit in. never had to.
with the mods i listed, where would be a good place to start jetting? i have a dynojet kit for my 400 carb, will these work on the 450 carb?
can i remove the choke on the 450r carb? it will just be in the way, if i wont need it.
i know i need the 450r fuel line, and throttle cable, and this auction MAY include it, i'm not sure, if not, its only like 20 bucks. as for the hot start block off, i read to use a bolt with teflon tape. is this okay?
