ITP T9 rims.. opinions?

I just need new front rims and don't want to spend a ton of money.. Thinking about the ITP T9s or the T9 GPs if they arn't too much extra.

Anyone have any problems with them?

Depends on what your riding ......mx.xc....I bent the crap outta my rears so I went to DWT and love them. I heard main reason itps rims bend and flatspot is because they don't heattreat them like Douglas does. Just my 2cents though:)

Unless you are going to buy hipers or some sort of beadlock I think stock wheels are stronger than any aftermarket ones.

except for the bajas. Spend the extra money and get them. 2 seasons of A class racing and still going strong!

This is just my 0.02, but anyway the way I see it you can buy a set of Douglas Yellow Labels for the same price as ITP's. But the DWT are going to last longer. DWT or HiPer are the only way to go I think. You don't need to listen to me though.

i bought a set of the T9's for my 01 ex in 2003 and when i bought my 450 in 06 i just took them off my 400 right to my 450, now i have switched them from my 05 to my new electric start and they are still going strong.......i forgot to mention that they are the baja's not the .190...they bend extremely easily

I run the GP fronts and beadlocks in the rear. Other than some idiot hammering me in a corner and denting a beadlock and killing my tire, no problems. You don't want the plain jane .190 or you'll bend them. Go for the GP's or Bajas.

I have the GP's up front and beadlock rear. No complaints. I would go for the GPs over regular .190s for sure.

Yea, dont get the T-9. Had mine for a week and flat spotted them in three places. Now they make good paperweights. Go with douglas ultimate or GP.

I ordered the T9 GPs in black and got my rears powdered black.. And ordered some 19-10-9 MXR4 rears and 21-5-10 XCR fronts.

Should be one hell of combo :devil:

And thanks for the help on deciding weather or not the extra cash for the GPs was worth it.
