music download sites(ares,i-tunes)

Hi anybody that feels like helping me..

I use ares to download music its great and I can find everything I want but I can't seem to figure out how to transfer my downloads on ares to my I-tunes acccout..

I would like to put my music thats on ares onto my I-tunes and eventually onto my I-pod..

Can somebody please tell me how to do this..

well I use Limewire but just click and drag the song to I tunes or whatever program you use to download your music. and then syc it to your mp3 player.

thanks for the advice... I couldn't click and drag so I went to cut and paste but it wasn't there but it said open external so I clicked on that and it transfered it to I-tunes.. thanks for your help

i just use limewire and it works awesome for me. a lot of people say they get viruses, but ive never had a problem
