I am listing this for a friend as his computer is down.

PRICE $2200.

Up for sale is a 400ex with a 440cc kit. The 440 was recently installed in this quad by a professional mechanic. It starts easy and runs very strong with strong power from bottom to top. This quad has been very reliable and I have no reservations about it. This quad is owned by a good friend of mine, but I am familiar with the quad and have ridden it a fair amount. I would not list this quad if I did not believe it was solid. Please ask questions. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Here is a list of the mods:

440cc kit (low hours)

Nerf bars

MSR Handle bars

FMF pipe

Aluminum Radiator shrouds

Douglas front wheels

Holeshots front and rear (80% to 90% tread)

DG Front bumper

K&N Filter with Outwears

Race cut front fenders

The front shocks were new take offs from an 05 400ex that was purchased in the middle of 06. So they don't have much time on them.

Bolivar is just north of Brighton, just south of Humansville, just east of Stockton and just west of Halfway. Or you can check it out on mapquest.com.

Has motor been freshened lately? What sort of riding? I'm basically looking for a get on and go bike. Any oil leaks or wet spots around head/cylindar area?

I'll talk to the wife about taking a trip this weekend. You may have it sold by tomorrow or friday...HOPEFULLY!!!

Yes the motor is pretty fresh. The 440 kit was put in this past spring. It was mostly trail riden and has made a trip or two to the sand dunes. I'm not aware of any leaks but I'll check it tonight.
