tmx 38mm carb help

Ok I have a tmx 38mm carb, it has the gas line inlet,over flow outlet, then thereis 4 other outlets or inlets nipples. Are they all vent lines or what not sure. There is 2 on the upper left and 2 on the upper right.

I believe they are all vent lines.
