alright, the first thing i did was obviously get all of the lights and the ignition out of the stock plastic piece. i took that piece and flipped it upside down so the 3 holes could be traced with a sharpie on the fenders. from there, i just took a half inch drill bit and drilled out the holes and kinda kept rounding it out until each light would fit. just remember that the lights are not totally circular. then once i got the rough holes, i used a razor blade to cut away any chunks and to smooth it out. i finished off with a lighter to burn away the imperfections. i did the same thing for the key hole on the side, except i used a razor blade to cut away the notches that are in the stock dash piece. also, remember to keep checking to see if the lights and ignition will fit because if you go too big... well you know. hope that helped!

No problem. I was charging 35 shipped for a non-PC'd dash. Add 10 for Powder. Cool thing is I can do some logo customs. As long as your clamps are stock, it should fit any bar. If I had the measurements I could change the holes to fit other clamps if different in layout.

Ok, Lets work out what logo you want on it. As much as I'm sure the owner of this site likes traffic drawn to different, if you look here (http://www.z400central.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=65231&hl=) there is a huge thread on these. Take a look around.

The way I work it is once you find a design you like or we modify something, Then I'll cut it. Once your happy then we'll exchange some cash.

well i guess if you dont take it out much but i ride to the gas station and all over so i take my key out alot. but i guess if it stays in like racing or something thats good then.
