help on puting your motor back together and adjusting valves

if you take your motor apart to put new piston in when you put your top end back together do you have to readjust your valves or readjust ne thing or do you just put everything back together the way you took it off. please help?

Yes, after you get it reassembled you should check the valve clearance just to be sure. And you should check them again when you change your oil after you break in the new rings.
