I bought a supposed LSR frame from a member on here. After having numerous fitment issues and other issues, I'm wondering whether it is an Arens.

My stock steering stem wouldn't fit. Brake pedal had to be bent down. There is no serial number where LSR says it should be. The lower pipe mount was an inch off.

LSR's hardware for their dual rear shock mount almost fit. RIS pegs for LSR frames fit fine.

Can you guys post pics, name the differences in brands, and list/show the tell-tale markings to determine which frame I have.

Thanks for all your help!

My Arens is pretty obvious, it has a star-shaped "A" lasercut into the motor mount bracket and another one near the stem clamp. You can't miss it.

Just check out the Lonestar website for a pic of their frame. They are hard to mistake. The Arens frames are pretty much stock 88 geo replacements and the only ones that come standard with footpeg mounts.

It's possible the frame is tweaked/bent and that's why he sold it.

If I remember correctly, Arens uses a CR250 rear brake pedal. The stock 250R rear pedal won't even mount to an Arens.
