bolt problem

Hey everybody, I just got some pro armor nerf bars and im trying to take the stock foot pegs off. The bolts that connect it to the frame are harder then ever to get off any suggestions or has anybody had this problem? Oh yeah I have a suzuki ltz 400 thanks.

if you are still wondering you can put a piece of pipe on the end of the ratchet and just give it hell,

also spray it good with some penetrating oil...
