I think the large package is killing you, I have shipped a sent out a set of trx450r shocks to PA. and it was 25 bucks UPS ground, and an stock axle was 14 bucks, not trying to bust you balls but that shipping might deter a buyer. The box size should be relativly small 20x20x8 should be plenty for those boots.
