I have a brand new / never used '05 crf carburetor (with TPS), that was sent off to DASA to be bored - the day I purchased the carb from my Honda dealer. The carb started out with a 40.0mm bore (stock), and ended up with a 43.5mm bore. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I need to sell a lot of the after-market parts that I just recently purchased for my '05 trx450 - even before getting the chance to put them on and try them out. My loss, your gain! The carb has a 185 main jet in it right now; however, I would be glad to switch it out with any size main jet you need, at time of purchase.

I'm asking $550 (plus shipping). I feel that this is definitely a good price for a brand new carb; however, if you would like to make an offer - please do so. All offers will be considered!!!

[If you aren't familiar with DASA's bore job, it comes highly recommended for getting even more from your carb. Personally, I would recommend contacting them directly for specific bore related questions, as they were very helpful / knowledgeable when I called with those type of questions when initially considering getting the boring done]

Thank you for your consideration,
MAD B

'hendershot106', I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Anyway, the carb will work on the other models; however, the actual length of the trx carb, on the newer models, is slightly longer than the '05 crf carb. Which will impact the intake flow characteristics, over stock. BUT, I'm assuming you already understood that the carb characteristics were going to change with this carb vs. the stock trx carb. So, to answer your question - Yes, this carb will work.

'fastracing' - I'd really like to get $550 out of it. I think that it's well worth it for a brand new carb.

'JFGracing' - no thanks.

'JFGracing', you are correct, I did lower the price. I believe it was about a week ago that I updated my original post (once again) and changed the price to $550.

I appreciate your offer of $400, but I'm not sure that you'll find a brand new CRF carb (without a DASA bore job even) for $400.
