removing baffle

is there any gain in doing this I want ot remove it but don' t want to hurt performance.

yes there is... quite a bit of gain actually...

taking the baffle out, with airbox lid off and re-jetting is huge difference over stock

There is a reason it is so easy to remove, cause they expect you to do it. One tip on removal, let the quad warm up before you try to pull it out and it will come out a little easier.

Like he said above, pull the pea shooter, pull the air box lid, rejet and you should be able to feel it.

Then once you get tired of that go ahead and do the cam mod.....
