yfz rear brake rotor hub

is there any difference between an 04-05 and the 06 brake rotor hub ? i bough a lsr billet hub for my 06 and it appear to be different. anyone had this problem?

The 06 bikes use a different rear rotor, so I would guess it is different. The 06 rotor is larger and it has a larger caliper as well.
