what all done to the motor? if you still have it how mutch to ship to 48430?

As the motor sits right now it is pretty much stock besides i think the cylinder has been bored and the head has been shaved to bump up compression. I also have a cylinder that has minor porting and has been bored to a 262. I assume shipping would be around 80-100 bucks. Let me know and i can ship it asap if your interested.

Not sure if they will fit a 400. they are +2 a-arms

If they are designed for a 250R they will not fit a 400EX. If you use 400EX arms on a 250R you have to create shims, because the ends are smaller. So i believe the 250R arms are to wide at the ends to fit a 400EX.

And i'll let you know about the arms by the end of the day. I need to check on a few things.

the chrome is good. I shortened it myself after I was ran into during a race. It has one minor dent in it. What is ur email I will send pics

Motor is in great condition, runs strong. Crank and crank bearing and seals were all just replaced less then 4 hrs ago. It will also come with another cylinder that is bored to a 262 and was bored by ESR. PM me if you have any more questions.
