I need help on how to tighten chain up if loose.

Loosen the top 4 bolts on swing arm. The tighten up the 2 on the end of the swing arm. When you have the chain where you want, tighten the top four.

do that verry carefully, watch how much you turn one, then turn the other the same amount other wise your axle will be tilted.

not just that but they are notorious for cross threading, good luck
