lol im 5'6...theres not many other dual street bikes i can fit on. drz's r huge, xr400's r pretty big as well lol

The TT-R225 is not street legal. You may be able to register it as a street bike but the details of doing that will vary by state. I think it is possible in NJ but be prepared to jump through hoops to get it done. The time and money it would take to do the conversion and get the plate is probably not worth it (IMO) unless you're convinced the TT-R225 is the perfect bike for you.

Look into the Yamaha XT225 and/or Kawasaki KLX250S. They are both street legal. The KLX is a "new technology" bike with a modern chassis and engine. It would be my choice for that reason. The KLX250S and TT-R225 have about the same seat height. The XT225 seat hight is even lower.
