I bought the AF1 for my 04 f150 5.4v supercrew. I go the 3" inch one so i would not need the custome tunes. I like it. It gives a great throttle response and it is not loud unless year punching it to get on the interstate and backs off at a lower rpm.

One complaint about my truck is i did a true dual with 2 flowmaster 40 series and i lost some low end torque. Sounds great and not really noticeable until i was puilling a heavy enclosed 17ft trailor packed with 4 atvs and all our gear and 4 fat guys in the cab. I only got 8 MPG on the way to waynoka. It is mostly uphill though.
My truck didnt want to shift out of 3rd. However, when pulling my trailer with our 2 quads i cant tell its back there, plus i run oversize 31'BFG AT

Anyways back to your question, i ordered the AF! from troyersperformance.com I called to get more info and the lady was super nice, got it on sale and the lady threw in free shipping

I think next i willl a chip

The AF1 intake is a nice unit, had one on my 99 5.4 F-150 before I threw the Procharger on it. A while back Fordtruckworld.com did a dyno test with the AF1 on a 5.4 and gained close to 17 HP out of it which is pretty decent in my eye.
