let me start by saying nothing good is cheap.

A programer is about $400 but its worth it

Cold air intakes about $200 NOT WORTH IT, just buy the k&n replacement filter

Headers are about $500, they're not really worth it unless your making alot of power

If you really want to wake it up put a supercharger on it. Thats a 50% increase in power for about $3,500.

Did you go with oversize exhaust tubing on your truck or did you stick with the factory size?

Check with JEGS or Summit Racing they are just about identical on pricing.

you could get a full exhaust, intake, chip, computer programmer and the only thing you will notice is it is louder. The only reason I would buy a computer programmer is to change around the tranny settings. You literally only see 5hp max, it says it itself in the dyno charts on the website. If you want big power, you will need a cam (or cams I think in a toyota), heads, larger throttle body, and injectors, unless you can change the computer enough for them to feed more, I dont know much about yotas

basically if you want to make big power a programmer isnt gonna do it on a gas engine...5-10 horsepower maybe
