leaking oil timing chain adjuster

I was riding yesterday and i saw that oil was leaking out of my timing chain adjuster... the gasket is good and its not leaking out around the timing chain adjuster but the oil is actually leaking out of the center of the adjuster where you place a flathead to adjust tension on the timing chain. what could i do to fix this problem. I took the adjuster off and i dont see where it could be leaking from. do i need an entire new adjuster? thanks

there is supposed to be a sealing washer between the bolt and the tensionor. Maybe thats your problem?

Mine was leaking after I adjusted the valves. I just went out and bought the gaskets for it, problem solved. They didn't cost very much.
