Hey. My dad was thinkin about buying vitos powerport pistons for his banshee. He wanted to know if they are what they are hyped up to be. Do they really give you +8 up top and +6 mid?
If not, did you feel any power gains at all?
right now hes running shaved heads, boost bottle, FMF fatty pipes/powercore 2 silencers, jetting to match, and we think the timing was advanced.

my pistons gave me a decent amount of power. they are very much worth the money imo.

I have used them and couldn't tell a difference. I think they were the +4, I won't waste my money on them again.

You must not have jetted again? They make a huge diffrence if tuned correctly;)

IMO, I would save the money and buy Wiseco's. Then just get it ported for much more power.

Carbs already had jet kit in them. If it would have run rich or leaner I would have noticed. I check the plugs often. I don't recall vito's saying you have to re-jet the carbs?
junk junk junk.
dont run these pistons, the side walls break and cause major engine damage, NO they do not give up +8 +6 or whatever dont run nothing but wiseco or pro-x and OEM.
