thanks man...yeah that triple is a blast! i did that double one other time before yesterday...n i overshot it a lil and nosedove VERY badly...

but first time i did it yesterday..i hit it perfect...n same with every other time...its sooo easy once you get it right once n know what to expect..

mx maniac 06 ... i hit it in mid-3rd gear im pretty sure. just get the speed you want and tap it on the lip to keep your front end up...cuz that thing is a huge kicker if you dont hit it right youll go over the bars :ermm:

Do the turn in second, click third and pin it. Don't lift. That's all there is to that one.

the big double on the technical track is so easy just come out of the corner in 3rd and hold on.. i love that jump because all the dirtbikers would do the 2 tables and i would jump over and past them... it made me feel good about myself

Nice pictures! I had a hard time judging how fast to hit that double myself. It's a fun jump for sure! I had a similar experiance hitting it my first time and overshot the landing by roughly 5-10 feet. Talk about a hard landing! I had a bunch of people following me over it the last time I was there. A watched a nice ltr shift into neutral right before he hit it luckily he had good reaction times and locked up at the last second and didn't eat sh1t. That's one jump you don't want to case!

I tried taking the corner in 3rd on my LTR and couldn't get the speed needed. I know the Honda has a lot more bottom end power. I have a pipe and power commander, I'm pretty sure Landon's is stock except for the CB. One thing I know, Landon is at least 120lbs lighter than me.
I'd feel better if you did it my way the first few times anyway, so you know what it takes. I know the LTR will get over it that way.

...i'm about 130...i think ill try your way first, Barry...n ill see how i make out. yeah your right...right now all i have is stock exhaust, cb, n modquad k&n without a lid. umm im not sure when ill be up next... i was planning on september 2nd n 3rd, but now i cant cuz i have to go up to the mountains. so idk maybe the weekend after that...? that's my next free weekend that i know of. when will you be there again?

I had a re-valve done by Santo DeRisi, supposed to be a ZPS conversion. I don't have them yet though, won't have time to get them from Kevin for another week or 2. I'll let ya know how I like 'em after I've had them for awhile.

That's the plan, Josh. I'm not positive about that though.....now that my back is screwed again. Hopefully I can get it fixed up before next weekend. It's gonna take at least 2 trips to the chiropractor, been there once already.:grr:

Yea, on Saturday, I will officially be a Honda girl :D I pick up the practice Honda on Saturday...I'm so excited!! I'll get to test the Honda out on Labor Day weekend at Breezewood. I still think I'm going to bring the Yamaha and stick a for sale sign on her and maybe just run her one last time. I think I'll cry my eyes out when it actually sells, though. I loved that quad and I'll miss all the pink!
