Yup, they are the same thing, I think the 450r one might curve out a bit more thought I'm not sure.

No it dose not fit and the 400ex shifter shaft bends out a bit more

I have a Pro Design shifter from my 250R on my 450. It works fine but not shure on the 400.

the 450r lever wouldnt work on my 400 its not shaped right a new pro design or what not is only like 60 bucks
