Swing arm bearings

I am replacing the bearings on my 2002 yamaha blaster and I was looking at rocky mountain atv and the world wide bearings are sold individually and it says 2 are required so do they mean per side or for the whole thing? (by the way this is for the front of the swing arm where the bolt goes through)

it sounds like your talking about the needle bearings.. if so that means you need a total of 2..
