I need some advice on jettin my honda 440ex

i had put my bike back to stock to sell it has a 440 with 12.5.1 port and polished head stage 2 hot cam it still has all of that but now it has a stock cdi a stock carb and stock exhaust can anyone reccomend what size jets it needs to run.

i would start with a 160 and get a baseline,,, then bump up a size or two if neccessary, and also throw in a 42 pilot jet....

1 am leaning towards a 170-175 mj and 42 pilot

matt from mobile dyno jst gave me some info he said i would be fine with the 38 pilot and with stock pipe the mj should be 160-165

are you using the Keihin jets or the Dynojet jets???
