400ex a arms on a 300ex

Just installed a set of 400ex laegers a arms on a 300ex. I noticed that the steering radius is not as sharp as it had been. I installed 400ex hubs and spindles also with these arms. I had full flight a arms on it before this and the steerring was just right. Does anybody know why my steering is not as sharp with this new set up? Please let me know.

Is your toe-in set correctly. It makes a HUGE difference.

Generally 1/2" narrower at the front than the back of the tire is a good average setting.

yea as bwamos said i would make sure your tie-rods are properly adjusted,,, it definatly sounds like your toe-in is not set correctly

had same problem , you need to reinstall 300ex spindles , this fixed our problem
