Alright guys, im finally ready to pull my hair out.

I have my buddies Polaris Trailblazer and it makes a clunking noise. It makes the noise when you hit the gas and get going. I CANNOT figure out what it is. I have taken the tranny out, everything is good and in tact and I even went ahead and put a new chain in the tranny. I then checked the rear bearings and everything is good in the rear end. My last hope is something in the clutch. Would any of you guys have any advice on this?

check the chain. tighten it and lube the hell out of it. i had the same problem with mine and it was just a loose chain and it needed to be lubed. it makes it sound like a bigger problem than it really is.

The chain isnt loose, and it isnt too tight, and it is pretty well lubed. Im so stumped right now.

it might be something with the clutch. my trailblazer when i had it the clutch would hit in the belt cover. and the clutch could have something broke.
