ok thinking of buying new kawi on saturday. but here's my problem how do i get more power out of it?? just add pipe and efi adjusts or do I need a programmer??? and who's got the best nerfs ect??? thanks for the help

yeah brother jump on the bandwagon join the revolution that is Kawasaki, but as for mods from what ive read on here a pipe and programmed efi will do the job in terms of waking it up.

just my thoughts

to really make some power a pipe, pcIII and a crower power intake cam make the quad a monster.

Dasa pipe, FUELATV intake and a Power commander will add BIG hp to the KFX450.

huumm...well how much is the intake pc and dasa going to set me back???kinda limited on funds for awhile.....think i'm getting super black one though. and whats website fuelatv.com?

Im getting one this week && Im getitng the pro circuit Ti4 pipe with the DyneJet Powercommader because it's already programed for the KFX450 to that pipe. As far as nerfs go. AC Racing are good BUT they are a pain in the butt to install. You could bolt up the front bolts and have to drill new holes for the back. I would go with IMS-Roll nerf bars && heels guards if you want to preview it, go to kfx450 central. My bike when all is said and done is going to look very similar to Cycle's bike in these pictures. Just in white. The only problem I ran into is I am putting trail techs and replacing the stock lights and the only bumper that would fit without getting in the light path is the one on cycles bike. All the of AC bumpers were too high.
